A&D Brothers is an independent trading and logistics group based in Vilnius, Lithuania, active across energy, agri-food and industrial raw materials. We work between producers, processors and buyers — structuring the contracts, freight and paperwork that let a cargo cross a border on schedule.

From crude to refined products, together with the counterparties and vessels that carry them, we structure petroleum transactions with the precision and compliance the energy trade demands.
Trade Intermediation
Where a direct line doesn't exist, we build one. We act as intermediary between sellers and buyers who would otherwise never meet, structuring deals across jurisdictions, currencies and time zones.
Agri-Food Commodities
Grain, feed and bulk foodstuffs move on tight margins and tighter schedules. We source and place agricultural commodities with the logistics discipline the category requires.
Eggs & Poultry
A perishable category with zero tolerance for delay. We coordinate the cold chain, the paperwork and the timing that fresh egg and poultry trade depends on.
Oils & Fats
Edible and industrial oils, from olive to seed oils and technical fats, sourced, quality-checked and delivered to specification.
Mining & Minerals
Bulk minerals and ores, moved from extraction site to processor. We handle the volume, the vessels and the verification that mining trade demands.
