A&D BROTHERS
Energy, food and mineral commodities — sourced, moved, delivered.
Who we are
A trading and logistics group built to move across markets.
A&D Brothers is an independent trading and logistics group based in Vilnius, Lithuania, active across energy, agri-food and industrial raw materials. We work between producers, processors and buyers — structuring the contracts, freight and paperwork that let a cargo cross a border on schedule.
Areas of activity
Six markets. One discipline.
01
Energy & Petroleum
From crude to refined products, together with the counterparties and vessels that carry them, we structure petroleum transactions with the precision and compliance the energy trade demands.
02
Trade Intermediation
Where a direct line doesn't exist, we build one. We act as intermediary between sellers and buyers who would otherwise never meet, structuring deals across jurisdictions, currencies and time zones.
03
Agri-Food Commodities
Grain, feed and bulk foodstuffs move on tight margins and tighter schedules. We source and place agricultural commodities with the logistics discipline the category requires.
04
Pio Pio — Eggs & Poultry
Our own fresh egg brand, prepared for retail and distribution with the cold chain, documentation and timing the category demands.
05
Oils & Fats
Edible and industrial oils, from olive to seed oils and technical fats, sourced, quality-checked and delivered to specification.
06
Mining & Minerals
Bulk minerals and ores, moved from extraction site to processor. We handle the volume, the vessels and the verification that mining trade demands.
Featured products
Brands and products we bring to market.
01
02
Beer brand · Golden lager
La Mulata
A golden, refreshing beer with citrus notes and a Caribbean spirit, created for shared moments and new markets.
03
Agri-food · Potatoes
Fresh potatoes
Selected potatoes for wholesale and food-service distribution, sourced to specification and coordinated from origin to delivery.
How we operate
Three things we don't compromise on.
01
Integrity
Every contract, every counterparty, every cargo — checked and documented. We trade on reputation, and we protect it.
02
Execution
A deal is only as good as its delivery. We stay involved from the signature to the last mile.
03
Reach
Based in Vilnius, working globally — a gateway between European and international markets.
Headquarters
Vilnius, Lithuania.
Positioned between Northern Europe, the Baltic Sea and the wider Eurasian corridor, Vilnius gives A&D Brothers direct reach into both EU and international markets.
